Position Summary
We are a growing consulting firm expanding our Tidal Basin Group team. In preparation for the upcoming disaster season we anticipate having opportunities for experienced Debris Data Managers. This position will be responsible for a wide range of data management activities and requires exceptional Microsoft Excel skills as well as Debris Monitoring experience.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
Coordinate project tracking and data management for debris contracts with established systems.
Provide oversight and quality assurance of field data collected and project documentation.
Reconcile data with contractor invoices.
Develop Reconciliation Reports and Payment Recommendations for the client regarding hauling contractor invoices.
Establish system for collection, review, organization, and storage of project documents.
Compile and submit documents to the client at the close of the project.
Export data and create required reports for the client.
Coordinate and track reconciled tickets against unreconciled tickets and report the findings back to the hauling contractor to complete the project.
Track voided tickets and report them for the client and hauling contractor.
Maintain all company project documents and provide for storage of project documents.
Complete required annual training
Skills and Competencies
The candidate should possess the following:
Must possess exceptional Microsoft Excel skills including the ability to create pivot tables, charts and graphs, analyze data, and understand how to interpret complicated functions
Positive, friendly, courteous customer and client skills.
Good teamwork and cooperation skills.
Ability to follow safety protocols and work instructions.
Ability to communicate verbally in English and write legibly.
Ability to pass a drug screen, motor vehicle, and criminal background check.
Must have a valid State Driver's License.
Must provide proof of valid auto Liability Insurance.
Possess a cellular phone with charger.
Ability to drive and work in areas with disaster and harsh outdoor conditions.
Ability to supervise others effectively and positively.
Ability to work as early as 6:30 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., seven days a week during response period: approximately 12 to 14 hours per day.
Ability to work up to 75-80 hours per week as needed during response period, including weekends.
