Position Summary: Tidal Basin is seeking an Office Coordinator to assist with the day-to-day operations of the Utica office. The objective of the Office Coordinator is to provide administrative support to the team, ensuring smooth operations, organization, and facilitate communications within the office as well as between the Utica location and other corporate offices.

Job Duties and Responsibilities include:
- Always exhibits a polite and professional manner.
- Provides a warm and professional welcome to all visitors and clients.
- Answering, screening, and directing phone calls to the appropriate personnel.
- Addressing inquiries and concerns from visitors and clients in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Monitoring visitor logs, issuing badges, and ensuring a safe environment.
- Assists with various administrative duties to ensure that the office operates smoothly and efficiently.
- Manages supplies and equipment, etc.
- Manages, sorts and distributes mail and packages.
- Maintains calendar by scheduling appointments, meetings, and teleconferences
- Assists with time and attendance tracking
- Prepares expense reports
- Provides assistance on special projects
- Attention to detail to ensure tasks are completed thoroughly and correctly
- When needed and as requested, perform other duties or special projects
- Completes required corporate training as directed.
Skills and Competencies:
- Ability to work independently as well as a member of a team Proficiency with Microsoft Office software programs, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Creative problem-solving skills
- Self-directed
- Strong team collaboration and interpersonal skills
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Strong attention to detail.
Required Education and Experience:
- Associates degree in Business Administration or related field helpful
- 2 to 5 years of administrative experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, and other computer applications
